Trimac's process typically begins with free testing of your products and application. In our testing, we work with our customers to accurately determine their needs for cleanliness, drying conditions, cure times and zoning for temperature control for a specific product. This is a critical step to determine process parameters and control requirements. We next work with our customers to identify the greatest opportunities for improvement and then specify a washing and/or heating solution that delivers the greatest payback. We give a complete solution based on YOUR needs not limited by a small selection of offered products.
We have solved problems in most every industry from the delicate needs of powder coating on fishing lures to the sheer size of curing paint on railroad cars. If your priorities are on color control, we have designed an oven to ensure a perfect match of color gloss for a high volume line to cure nail polish caps.
