Our company name, Specified Machine Tool , was selected for a very good reason, we provide very specific, high quality solutions in Specified areas of manufacturing: 

• Custom Designed, High-Volume Machine Tools – Designed and built from the ground up to produce high annual volume and meet a required set of
  specifications and quality standards, these machines are typically referred to as dedicated machines.
  
• 5-Axis Machines for Large Complex Components – Used for low to medium volume components in the aerospace, gas, oil & wind energy fields,
  construction equipment, and other industries requiring a machine tool to achieve high quality specifications and provide flexibility for future programs
  requiring similar processes.
  
• Vertical, Horizontal & Turning 2, 3 & 4-Axis Machines for Smaller Complex Components –Similar to the 5-Axis for Large Complex Components,
  but used for smaller components usually found in automotive, medical, and recreational vehicles. These machines also offer the customer flexibility and
  can easily be integrated into a series of machines for high volume requirements or multiple operations.
  
• Manual Lathes and Mills - From a small tool room Vertical Mill to a large 63″ Swing lathe, these machines are available to fit your budget and delivery
  needs in as little as 3 weeks.
  
• Automation and Automation Integration - Automation can be included with any type of new process and can also be added at a later time should
  the process dictate a need for automation. Some automation options include: robotics, gantry style or walking beam.
  
• Machinery Rebuild/Reconditioning – Many times customers have very good existing equipment but need a CNC upgrade to today’s technology or
  have mechanical aspects replaced. By upgrading existing machines, customers can realize tremendous savings, typically 50% of the cost of a new machine.
  
• Aqueous Cleaning Systems – In today’s competitive market, one of the most sought after quality added operations is cleaning. Wash Systems can be as
  simple as a single-stage system up to a complex multi-stage system involving wash, rinse, rust inhibitors and other operations. Monorail, Inline Belt, Convection
  Drying, Chemical Metering.
  
• Finishing Equipment & Systems - The finish on your product is critical to your success, and with the wrong system, you are doomed. Our systems

• Coolant Systems – Along with tooling, the coolant system used can either help or deter you from achieving the optimum tool life. We can offer the
